This week we are watching a modern day horror classic, Hereditary (2018)! This movie brought Ari Aster to fame, and rightfully so: it is one of the finest entries in the genre in decades.

You’ll notice that many horror films often rely on cheap jumpscares and fail to explore deeper themes beyond merely frightening the viewer. Not the case with this film! Even if horror isn't your usual preference, you’ll likely appreciate its atmosphere, family drama and tension.

We will watch this movie with English subtitles and have a discussion afterwards! Looking forward to seeing you all there!
